As Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion specialist for the Global Water Futures prgram, Andrea is passionate about helping us create internal structures that support our broader external objectives, drive innovation, and foster engagement.
Andrea brings extensive experience in academia, the public and the private sector to this role. Andrea is one of the original Co-Founders at Feminuity, a Toronto based consulting firm established at the MaRS discovery district specializing in equity, diversity, and inclusion in the tech sector. Andrea holds a Ph.D. in Comparative Public Policy from McMaster University and a Mitacs Postdoctoral Research Fellowship at the Ted Rogers School of Management at Ryerson University.
