Water Experience

My contributions to gender equity in water use, management, and research through my involvement in the JMP gender review, serving as a committee member for the Palestinian Women Water Practitioners Network and the Water atlas committee, and being a gender expert in the UN-Water Integrated Monitoring Initiative for SDG6 (IMI-SDG6). Additionally, my participation in networks and initiatives such as Women in Water & Sanitation Network and Women Water Diplomats in the MENA region further supports gender equity in the water sector. In facing water issues, my engagement in consultancies, project assignments, and training related to water sector policies, capacity building, wastewater treatment plants, and strategic planning. I also participated in conferences, workshops, and short courses, both as a presenter and a delegate, to enhance my knowledge and contribute to water-related discussions. My involvement in professional associations and networks demonstrates mycommitment to addressing water challenges as a community leader in the field of water and sanitation.
