"I am an inspired water researcher, in love with mountains and nature, aiming to find new solutions to protect and conserve water resources for future generations."

"My lived experience in hydrology ranges from leading research projects, to environmental engineering, to volunteering and rehabilitating abandoned hydrological posts. I love new challenges and connections with new and interesting people who love the water as much as I do."

"I am committed to bring diversity to the water research community. I think it is a very important to approach the problem of water scarcity on the planet from different perspectives and to study water resources in an integrated way as part of the overall ecosystem of the planet."

Water Experience

I am a highly passionate and experienced researcher with over 10 years of experience in general hydrology, hydrological hazards, water regime transformations, geoinformatics, building scientific teams and teaching. My last employer was Lomonosov Moscow State University where I was enrolled as an associate professor on Land Hydrology Department. My research interests include, but not limited to, water regime transformations under climate change impact, statistical modeling, feature and cluster analysis, software and automatic data processing development, Hydroinformatics, GIS, hydrological hazards, genetic water types and isotopic markers, high alpine zone hydrology, and experimental basin hydrology.
