Water Experience

WASH Specialist with UNICEF Sudan with 11+ years of progressively responsible experience in the WASH sector, having worked with the UN, INGOs and Think Tanks across multiple countries (Angola, Cameroon, Costa Rica, Timor-Leste, India, Indonesia, Kenya, Mexico, Mozambique, Nepal, Senegal, South Sudan and the United Kingdom). I hold a PHD in Urban Water Supply Governance in Angola and Mozambique from the University of Nottingham (UoN) and have published over 20 reports and papers on a varied range of WASH-related topics. Prior to joining UNICEF Sudan, I worked with the Sanitation and Water for All (SWA) Global Partnership as the Private Sector Adviser, and more recently with IOM South Sudan as the WASH Programme Officer, providing technical leadership and management support to a yearly portfolio of approx. USD $18 million.
