Water Experience

I am a WASH practitioner with a passion for building equitable and sustainable service delivery systems.I am a mid-level professional with close to four years of experience in the WASH sector and more than six years in the development sector. My experience spans across multiple disciplines, including WASH, gender programming, public health, and health research. My key qualifications include: Program design and implementation: strong experience designing and implementing multiple multi- country flagship initiatives in WASH programming, health research and gender-responsive programming. -Strategic planning and analysis: a robust track record of conducting research, analyzing data, and developing strategic plans. I am experienced in designing and conducting research through various methods, including literature reviews, surveys, interviews, and experiments, and analyzing and interpreting the results. Capacity building and training: experience in designing and delivering training programs, building the capacity of staff and partners, and facilitating knowledge-sharing and learning. Networking and partnership building: experience in building and maintaining relationships with partners, stakeholders, and donors. Cross-cultural communication: fluent in multiple languages (English, French, intermediate Spanish and Amharic) and I have worked in several multi-cultural & multi-lingual work contexts.
