Elliott Skierszkan and Matthew Fellwock are very excited to return to the University of Saskatchewan after a very successful field season in Yukon. They collected permafrost cores and water samples from several watersheds in the Dawson Range and will be working in the lab to analyze these samples over the next few months. Special thanks to Ghislain de Laplante (University of Ottawa) for his help in the field and in Whitehorse, as well as Casino Mining Corp and Newmont for hosting us in their exploration camps and facilitating our access to sampling sites in the Dawson Range.
