Site Under Construction

In preparation for our next research phase, we are re-organizing our website!

Moving into a new project phase...

After almost three years of connecting challenges to water research on the Canadian Prairies, the Prairie Water project is making a transition to a project renewal. Thanks to the hard work of our researchers, students, and partners, our project will move into its second phase in September 2020. Phase II of Prairie Water will occur between September 2020 and August 2023.

In lead up to Phase II, we will be re-organizing our  website to reflect changes to the project structure and team. For example, a major shift in Phase II is that our Research Themes - Hydrology, Groundwater, Wetlands, and Governance - will transition to three, inter-related Teams centered on water challenges. These challenges are: (A) Water Availability, (B) Aquatic Ecosystem Health, and (C) Water Management Practices and Governance.

Our website will be re-structured in the midst of this change. If you have any questions, please reach out Project Manager, Jared Wolfe, at jared.wolfe@usask.ca.
