Chris is currently a Ph.D. student in Physical Geography (Centre for Hydrology) and at the Global Institute for Water Security (GWIS) at the University of Saskatchewan in Saskatchewan, Canada. He is co-supervised by Canada Research Chair Professor John Pomeroy and Canada Excellence Research Chair Professor Howard Wheater. I have an interest in hydrological modelling and related fieldwork. Chris has a M.Sc in Physical geography, and a B.Sc. Honours in Physical Geography with Computer Science and Mathematics minors.
- Interested in obtaining the skills to pursue a research career in hydrology
- Broad interests in hydrology and future work lies in a novel research program on a key aspect of the hydrological cycle that includes fieldwork and scientific modeling
- Applying necessary techniques such as high performance computing, hydrological models, extensive field methods, and remote sensing to solve interesting scientific problems
