Stacey completed her B.Sc. in physical geography with a specialty in water science and M.Sc. in hydrology from the University of Saskatchewan. Her master's research focused on changes in hydrology in a prairie pothole setting in Smith Creek, Saskatchewan, a research site of the Global Institute for Water Security (GIWS). Stacey started working at GIWS in spring 2016 as the Outreach Coordinator for the Changing Cold Regions Network (CCRN) and the Global Water Futures (GWF) program.
