Agriculture-Water Research Expo

GWF Events

June 14, 2019

AWF-1.jpgThe Agriculture-Water Research Expo will present research from leading scientists on themes such as water quality and nutrients; water use and availability; irrigation; and wetlands. Attendees will gain new insights into best practices for agricultural and water management in the Prairies. Researchers are seeking advice and ideas from practitioners on how best to increase the impact and uptake of their work

The Expo includes a self-guided tour for attendees where they can visit live demonstrations, interactive booths and poster presentations on the latest research of the Global Water Futures program. This will be followed by a roundtable session providing a more focused discussion on the needs and perspectives of practitioners working on agricultural and water issues in the Prairies.

The Expo is hosted by three projects funded by the world’s largest university-led water research program, Global Water Futures:

This meeting is open to:

  • Practitioners, producers, agricultural experts and water management professionals
  • Researchers and students presenting work that has been funded by Global Water Futures

Registration has been closed as we reached maximum venue capacity
